Chattarpur Temple

     




 Chattarpur Mandir is located at a distance of almost 4 km from the famous Qutab Minar in the Mehrauli area of Delhi. Chhattarpur Temple in Delhi is India’s second largest temple after Akshardham Temple.
 The temple was recognized in 1974, by Baba Sant Nagpal ji, who died in 1998. His samadhi shrine lies in the locations of the Shiv-Gauri Nageshwar Mandir within the temple complex. The temple is devoted to Goddess Katyayani and it also houses many large and small temples with glorious statues of different divinities.


Akshardham Temple




Akshardham or Swaminarayan Akshardham complex is a Hindu temple, and a sacred artistic campus in Delhi, India. Also referred to as Akshardham Temple or Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple, which is itself a monuments in Delhi is a hotspot amongst domestic and international tourists. Night SAHAJ ANAND water show is  one of the best part of ability to draw attention of tourist.

  •        You need to deposit all your stuffs, including camera and mobile phones and any other electronic device before incoming the temple complex.
  •          There is sufficient car parking space inside the temple complex
  •          Akshardham Metro Station lies together to Temple.

Isckon temple 




The ISKCON Temple in Delhi was constructed in the year 1998. Situated on the Hare Krishna hills in the East of Kailash Area, it is one of the most grand temples in the capital.  The temple is devoted to Lord Krishna and Radharani precisely and is also known as Sri Sri Radha Parthasarathi Mandir. Apart from the main hall of the temple complex is also dynasties a museum which runs multimedia show to explain the story of Ramayana, Mahabharata and the verses from the Bhagvadgita.


Timing -  All seven days of the week between 4:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. However, the main hall is closed from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 9 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.




Lotus temple 



The Lotus Temple was constructed and opened to the public in December 1986. It was designed by Iranian architect Fariborz Sahba, who is Iranian chose the lotus symbol common to Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Islam.
Lotus  Temple is one of the most attractive temples of India. Lotus Temple is also known as Bahai House of Worship and is considered as the Mother Temple of the Indian Continent. The marvelous architecture of the temple has been certified with several architectural awards.

Kalkaji Mandir





Kalka Devi Temple is a prominent and highly admired shrine of Delhi. Situated at Kalkaji in southern part of Delhi, Kalkaji Temple is close to the famous Lotus Temple. This temple is one of best major tourist attraction.

Kalka Devi is known to be one of the manifestations of Goddess Shakti (Durga). Due to this well-known temple, the area came to be called as Kalkaji. Devotees visit the Kalkaji Temple all over the year but the peak time of the celebration comes during the festival of Navratri. This is a nine day festival, throughout which a large fair is organized here.

Birla Mandir





Birla Mandir is also known as Laxmi Narayan Temple, is one of Delhi's foremost temples and a major tourist attraction. This lovely temple is located in the west of Connaught Place. Laxminarayan Mandir is dedicated to Lord Vishnu, the shelter and his consort, Goddess Lakshmi. 
Birla Mandir is first of the temples made by Birla family. The famous temple is authorized to have been inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi in 1939. At that time, Mahatma Gandhi kept a condition that people of all castes will be permitted to enter the temple. In those times, the condition was really worked upon; still people visit this temple with full devotion.
